F29 - Luis Suarez diving for Liverpool vs Stoke

Sport: Football Category: Diving
Submitted by: Anonymous
Context:

This was a Premier League game between Liverpool and Stoke.  Suarez made a great run into the penalty area and a Stoke defender kind of tripped him but Suarez kept going, for a split second, before deciding he was better off diving.

Outcome:

The referee waved play on but, as usual, the diver wasn't booked for simulation.  The game ended 0-0 with six Stoke players booked and none booked for Liverpool. Liverpool ended the season in 7th place.  Two extra points gained from a possible penalty would only have helped them leapfrog their city rivals, Everton, in the final league table.
